E-Commerce Sales
MyNetLink, Inc., a web development studio located in Duncanville, TX is
looking for an outstanding individual to generate revenue and develop
long-term client relationships for web projects. MyNetLink, Inc.'s core
services include web design, ecommerce sites, web hosting, Flash
animation, database programming.
We’re looking for an exceptional person to find and introduce our
services to new clients. The key to success will be to identifying web
development needs of those organizations in both the short and long
term, then providing web solutions that meet their technology, timing
and budgetary goals.
The ideal candidate will have a “work hard, play hard” attitude, a
passion for working with some of the most talented developers in the
world, and the drive to succeed.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond
to client leads our marketing generates. Most time will be spent on
the phone, while 10% - 25% of time will require travel, including on
site sales calls and conferences.
- Uncover
and close new business.
- Develop
a strong understanding of each client’s business initiatives,
internal processes and industry trends.
- Help
our clients compete more effectively by offering a range of
off-the-shelf and customized solutions.
- Identify
key assets and team members for each project and outline needed
resources.
- Able
to write proposals based on a template.
- Comfortable
interfacing with a diverse group of internal clients and management,
from top-level executives to customer service representatives.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
The candidate must:
- Be
a “Hunter” – the ability to find and close new business is
critical to this position. Excellent outbound phone skills,
persistence and tenacity will be the foundation for success.
- Have
proven experience selling products or services to small and large
organizations. Proven experience in establishing and building
manager-level relationships across a variety of industries.
- Be
a pro-active and intelligent team player. Most importantly, be an
overachiever, and have a proven history of exceeding employer and
team expectations.
- Excellent
relationship development and management skills.
- Must
have excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability
to see projects through to completion and ability to handle
numerous, simultaneous tasks, projects and priorities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience
in project management/sales position preferably in the web or
software development industry.
- Advanced
Internet experience required.
- MS
Office (including Power Point) experience needed, Visio experience a
plus.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:
Competitive
compensation is comprised of a base salary plus commission, plus
incentive bonuses.
